A Wonderful Adventure Ahead

A "staycation", give me a break.
I'll have the real thing!

I will be having a little rest and relaxation at Blackberry Farm in the near future.  I am really looking forward to it.  Several of my dear girlfriends and I will be riding, fly fishing, the spa, and then seriously dining!  We are all so excited.  I'll take all of you "blog buddies" in spirit. Hopefully I can get some good photographs to share upon my return.  For the time being, you can all help me anticipate the big fun!

Everything I have heard is that most everything is perfect at this resort.  Have any of you been and if so, what do you think?  Let me know your pros and cons.  Leave me a comment or email.

  1. that looks so relaxing and like someplace that i'd never want to leave. have fun and take photos, please!!

  2. You have some absolutely fabulous posts on your blog - I think I will be a committed reader! Can I add you to my blogroll please? :)

  3. Thanks for the comment on my blog! I'm kinda sorta jealous that you've met my kitchen idol. If you ever meet her again, please do send her my way. hee hee.

I've never been to Blackberry Farm, but, wow, I looked at the links and, if I had more $$, you bet I'd be there in a heartbeat. Have a wonderful time when you go!!

  4. Thank you so much for commenting on my blog. I'm so glad you did because now I have a new blog to read. IS it ok if I add you to my blog role?

  5. Hi Granny Smith Green:
Wanted to let you know that I have finally posted Playing Tag! Also, I would like to thank you for all your nice comments and for getting me out. FYI, Mrs. Howard was wonderful!!! Blackberry Farm looks absolutely beautiful-may have to rethink Savannah!

  6. Oh, what fun and how luxurious! If you are ever in CT you simply must stay at The Mayflower Inn. You would just love it and with your design background you would be in heaven with all the antique stores just miles away!
