Show Me Something Beautiful

Aren't these peonies absolutely beautiful?

I did not have my camera with me to capture the actual ones I saw today, but it was this same variety as shown above.

Did you know that a peony plant has a very long life?

I can hardly stay out of the garden. It has kept me away from the blog and I have missed you all!

Have you found something beautiful lately? Open your eyes. It's all around you.

If, by chance, you have your camera handy, take a picture of it and email it to me. I'd like to see it and possibly share it with everyone. Tell me all about it.

Who can deal with more beauty in their life? Where do you find it?

  2. I have enjoyed taking pictures of all the spring beauty around me. I love all the flowers that bloom in the spring. Daffodils, tulips, wisteria, forsythia, phlox, peonies, azaleas, dogwoods, etc. God's paintbrush in the spring is breathtaking!! Thanks for sharing this beautiful picture. Love & blessings from NC!

  7. peonies are my absolute favorites.
my wedding had them absolutely everywhere....
    huge, huge bunches everywhere.
the peonie's scent was wafting through the wedding ceremony....
and after in the reception and dinner party.
ahhhhhh.....such memories peonies bring to me.

  8. We are wild about peonies also and have many arrangements using them in our new collection. My peonies in my garden haven't bloomed yet, but my tree peonies just finished and were absolutely gorgeous.

  11. Beautiful! I feel as if I'm always taking pictures of flowers, but when I look back they are never with as beautiful as they were through my eyes. I think with flowers it might just be better to stop and enjoy :)
